We are very saddened to have said good bye to our family pet Roxy our female Akita. She was born in 1995 and passed a few weeks ago and anyone familiar with the life spans of Akitas will know that she and as are we, are very lucky to have had her for 15 years. Typical Akita life span as I've been told is approx. 7-8 years. Our male "Bear" is still with us but also getting very tired.

Goodbye "Roxy"! Though you're not here with us any longer, your spirit lives within your family!

Hello friends. Please stop by our News page first today as I've written a short warning about pennies and our little pug "Bella" that did not mix which almost killed her without swift intervention by our local vet. Needless to say we were very scared but very thankful that we were able to get her the help she needed.
